Thomas Jac Obituary– Community of Bangor and Caernarfon Mourns Loss Of Beloved Son

The community of Bangor and Caernarfon is united in profound grief following the peaceful passing of Thomas “Jac” Jac, aged 25, on 9 April 2026. Surrounded by his loving family and friends on Alaw Ward at Ysbyty Gwynedd, his departure leaves an irreplaceable void.

Jac was the beloved partner and best friend of Aimee, and the much-loved and cherished son of Sian and Bryan. He was a proud and devoted big brother to Kira, Mia, Lia, and Noa, a role he held with immense love. As a dear grandson, nephew, and loyal godson, his warmth extended through his entire family, including his many friends who considered him a true and steadfast companion. He will be affectionately remembered and deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A service to celebrate Jac’s life will be held at Llanbeblig Church, Caernarfon, on Wednesday, 29 April 2026, at 1.00 p.m., followed by interment at Llanfairisgaer Cemetery, Y Felinheli. Mourners are invited to wear smart casual attire, with the option to incorporate the colours of his beloved Liverpool F.C. in his honour. The family has requested family flowers only, but donations in Jac’s memory for Alaw Ward, Ysbyty Gwynedd, will be gratefully accepted. All enquiries to Roberts & Owen Funeral Directors, Caernarfon.

In this time of sorrow, we remember a young man whose life, though tragically short, was filled with love, loyalty, and an enduring spirit that will forever be cherished.
